Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

Image25 AI is an independent image-generation product. This policy explains what you may and may not create or submit through the service.

Prohibited content

You may not use Image25 AI to create, request, upload, or distribute:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or NSFW content.
• Any sexualized content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, face swaps, deepfakes, or identity manipulation.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, abuse, exploitation, or illegal activity.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content targeting protected groups or individuals.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Malware, scams, fraud, spam, or instructions intended to bypass safety controls.

We may reject prompts, stop generations, remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate access when we detect a violation or a credible risk of harm.

Prompt screening

User prompts are screened before they are sent to an image model. A prompt may be blocked when it is denied or flagged by our content-safety controls. If screening is unavailable, generation is paused rather than bypassing the safety check.

Your responsibility

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every prompt, reference image, logo, name, and other material you submit. Review generated images before publishing them and do not treat model output as proof of identity, facts, ownership, or legal clearance.

Reporting and contact

To report suspected abuse or ask about this policy, contact support@image25ai.net. We aim to respond to customer requests within three business days.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and may be updated as the service and applicable requirements change.
