Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Image25 AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The website and service are operated by Image25 AI ("we", "us", or "our"). You can reach us at support@image25ai.net or through our Contact page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Independent product and third-party models

Image25 AI is an independent image-generation product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or any other model provider. We may use third-party models and infrastructure to provide generation features; availability and model behavior may change.

Description of Service

Image25 AI provides prompt-based image generation, reference-image workflows, credits, and related software features. Generated images may contain errors, artifacts, inaccurate text, or other unexpected results. You must review every result before using or publishing it.

User Accounts and Materials

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must have the rights and permissions needed for each prompt, reference image, logo, name, and other material you submit. Do not upload material that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create or request NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or harmful content. You may not create non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deepfakes, identity impersonation, content involving the sexualization of minors, violent or illegal content, hateful or harassing content, scams, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. Prompts are screened before they reach an image model. We may reject prompts, stop generations, restrict accounts, or terminate access for violations or credible safety risks.

Payment and Credits

Paid features use credit packs or subscriptions as shown on the Pricing page. Prices, credit amounts, expiration periods, billing intervals, and eligible features are shown before purchase. Failed generations automatically return the credits charged for that generation when the task is confirmed as failed.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by the payment provider at checkout.

Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for each transaction and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax, receipts, refunds, and related payment compliance. Your purchase is still subject to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period. The payment method you used is charged the price shown at purchase until you cancel. If we change subscription prices, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then, unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Image25 AI and its original software, design, and content are owned by the service operator or its licensors.

As between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent ownership is available under applicable law. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. We do not guarantee that generated images are unique or free of third-party rights.

You retain responsibility for the rights in materials you submit and for checking whether a generated result is suitable for your intended use. Commercial-use permissions do not transfer rights in third-party references, trademarks, people, or protected material.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or payment-provider requirements, or when needed to protect users and the service.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms by changing the date above and, where appropriate, notifying users through the service. For questions, refunds, or abuse reports, contact support@image25ai.net.
