This website and the image-generation service available on it are operated by Image25 AI ("Image25 AI", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account information: your email address, display name, and profile image. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email, and avatar) from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Prompts and reference images: the text prompts you write and any reference images you upload for generation or editing.
• Support messages: the content of tickets and emails you send us.

Information created when you use the service

• Generated images: the images produced from your prompts.
• Credits and orders: your credit balance, credit history, order records, and subscription status.
• Usage and log data: pages visited, features used, generation requests, IP address, and timestamps. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse, and fix errors.
• Device information: browser type, operating system, and language settings.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your card number and other payment credentials go directly to that provider. We never see or store full card numbers. We receive only limited transaction details, such as the order ID, amount, currency, product purchased, payment status, and the email used at checkout.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account, and let you sign in.
• Generate images from your prompts and reference images, and store the results in your account.
• Screen prompts and generated images for safety and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Process purchases, grant credits, manage subscriptions, and handle refunds.
• Send service emails, such as sign-in links, receipts, and security notices.
• Respond to support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
• Measure and improve the performance of the service.

We do not use your prompts, reference images, or generated images to train our own AI models.

How Your Content Is Processed

When you submit a generation request, your prompt and any reference images are sent to the third-party AI model provider that performs the generation. Prompts and outputs may be checked by automated moderation systems before and after generation. Generated images and uploaded references are stored in cloud storage so you can view and download them from your account.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for them to do their work:

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies: keep you signed in, remember your language, and protect the service. The service cannot work without them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you may not be able to sign in.

Data Retention

• Account information is kept while your account is active.
• Prompts, reference images, and generated images are kept until you delete them or delete your account.
• Order and payment records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, even after your account is deleted.
• Logs and security records are kept for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized.

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and encrypted storage of sensitive configuration. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for personal data.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU/UK GDPR and California privacy laws, you may have the right to:
