Image25 AI refund policy. Failed AI image generations are automatically refunded. Credit purchases are refundable within 7 days if unused.
Automatic Refunds for Failed Generations
If an AI image generation fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part — failed jobs are detected and reversed within minutes.
This includes:
- Generation errors caused by the AI provider
- Timeout errors
- Invalid output (blank or corrupted images)
Credit Pack Refunds
Credit packs (Mini, Creator, Campaign) may be refunded under the following conditions:
- Unused credits: If you have remaining credits and need a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase: Provide your order number or email address.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly or annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
How to Request a Refund

- Your account email
- Order number (if applicable)
- Reason for refund request
We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Credits already consumed
- Subscriptions canceled after the renewal date
- Abuse of the free credit system
